- Buy your ticket ONLINE for guaranteed admission! At cash desk tickets are limited and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Access is only permitted with a valid ticket. Your check-in time is indicated on your ticket.
- Last admission is at 6:30 p.m. Please note the opening hours when selecting time slots.
- Tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be cancelled.
- However, tickets for annual exhibitions can be rebooked up to 24 hours in advance HERE.
- Tickets for special exhibitions/events cannot be rebooked.
- Discount for students & trainees only on weekdays (Thursday and Friday).
- Children under the age of 6 accompanied by their parents are admitted free of charge.
How can I buy a ticket?
You can purchase your ticket online or at our box office. The online purchase guarantees you admission, as the number of tickets at the box office may be limited.
What happens if I arrive too late or too early for my visit?
Admission cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability in certain time slots.
Can I change my ticket online?
Yes, you can make changes to your ticket at least 24 hours before your visit. at this link request. The change is subject to availability on alternative dates and is not possible for special events.
How can I delete my ticket?
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Do I have to print out my online ticket?
No, you do not need to print out your online ticket. All you need to do is present it (also as a QR code) on your mobile device at the entrance to the museum.
What can I do if I have not received my online ticket but the amount has been debit from my account?
Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, the museum staff can identify you from your booking and allow you to enter.
I have problems with the online booking. What can I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection, refresh the website, try a different browser or restart your computer.
Are there reduced rates for groups or schools?
Yes, we offer a reduced rate for groups of 12 people or more. Booking is mandatory and can be done via the corresponding option on our website.
